Constructora MECO has introduced in Nicaragua a high-technology road preservation model

Constructora MECO Nicaragua is currently developing road infrastructure projects under various modalities. One of them has meant a new technology that provides durability for road preservation.

Fondo de Mantenimiento Vial (FOMAV - Road Maintenance Fund), in charge of road preservation in Nicaragua, engaged the services of Constructora MECO to develop the first work using the micro-pavement technology. The project has been a full success, to such extent that use of this technology is being considered for the Road Preservation Plan in 2009.
