We have provided enough documentation regarding all the different aspects of dealing successfully with our theme. However, we are including also in our support service the possibility to open a ticket with us to get a specific answer about something you have not found in the documentation.
Please, remember, most of the questions have already been asked and answered at some previous time, so your answer is probably already in our forums. We beg you to look for it before opening a ticket and making sure it is still not covered in our documentation.
All tickets are equally important for us and will be answered as soon as possible, however, remember you are not the only one with opened tickets so please have patience.
We will be continuously working on different updates which will be released along the time. You as a customer will have the right to upgrade your system accordingly.
Bugs and issues
We have worked intensively in this development, however, we will be sure to work hard to fix any reported bugs or issues as soon as you let us know about it.
We do not include support for third party software and plugins.
Support does not include any customization and installation services.
